The identifiable information you provide to enter into a sales agreement, will be stored by the supplier of our third party electronic Financial Accounting System and this may be outside of the United Kingdom. They are however, subject to the same data protection standards that we uphold.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet can never be completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to us, either via our website or e-mail. Any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, it will be treated as strictly confidential and we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

Data Retention

Personal information that has been sent to us with regards to questions or requests for more information, will only be retained until the matter has been resolved and all dialogue has ceased.

Personal information that has been sent to us with regards to career opportunities, will be retained for two years, if your application is unsuccessful. This is to allow us to be able to contact you with regards to any further suitable opportunities should they arise.

If we have your personal information as part of a sales agreement, we will retain the information for six years to meet our legal requirement.
